Rodgers Responds to Bradshaw: "He Doesn't Know Me" | Steelers and NFL Retirement

Aaron Rodgers, a renowned quarterback, expressed his desire to establish a deeper connection with Terry Bradshaw, a Steelers legend, after the latter criticized the team’s interest in Rodgers. In a radio interview in May, Bradshaw called the Steelers’ interest in Rodgers “a joke”.

Rodgers responded to Bradshaw’s comments during an interview with NFL Network on Saturday. The quarterback noted that he has known Bradshaw for a long time due to his work as a commentator for Fox, a network that broadcast many of Rodgers’ games during his 18 seasons with the Packers.

Terry is a legend. He’s an absolute legend. He won four Super Bowls. He’s had a legendary career in the media.

Rodgers, now with the Steelers, expressed his interest in developing a relationship with Bradshaw.

I would love to get to know Terry on a deeper level, and I feel like if he gave me the opportunity to get to know him, we would have a good friendship because for me I have nothing but the greatest respect and deference for what the greats have done because they laid the foundation for us to be able to play in this great game… Maybe we can go chew bark or whatever he’s talking about together.
