Anthony Richardson Leaves Preseason Game with Injury

The Colts’ quarterback, Anthony Richardson, had to leave the preseason game against Baltimore in the first quarter of Thursday night’s game.

Richardson’s exit occurred after receiving a hard tackle from David Ojabo.

It was later announced that Richardson would not return to the game due to a finger injury.

Ojabo achieved a clean takedown on Richardson, who is competing with Daniel Jones for the starting quarterback position in Indianapolis.

After the takedown, Richardson ran to the sideline and was replaced by Jones.

Indianapolis’ initial plan for the game was for Richardson to start and play for 1 and a half quarters, while Jones would play half a quarter.

Richardson managed to get the Colts to a field goal on their first possession.
