Los Angeles Rams Secure Nate Landman with Contract Extension

The Los Angeles Rams have finalized the contract extension with linebacker Nate Landman, according to his agency, SportsTrust Advisors, this Saturday. The extension is for three years and a value of 22.5 million dollars, including 15.67 million guaranteed. Landman, who signed a one-year contract with the Rams in March, was named team captain in his first season, making an immediate impact on the field. In 10 games this season, he has recorded 1.5 sacks, four forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and 91 tackles.

He has great emotional intelligence. He’s a great competitor. I think our guys immediately gained respect and the way he moves… I’ve really enjoyed getting to know him and everything he represents. He is the personification of what we want to be.
