NFL 2025 Preseason Week 2 Recap
The second week of the 2025 NFL preseason kicked off on Friday, with several teams taking the opportunity to give their starters more playing time, preparing for the regular season.

The Tennessee Titans defeated the Atlanta Falcons with a score of 23-20.
Titans rookie receiver Elic Ayomanor had a standout performance after a difficult practice. Ayomanor managed two receptions for 47 yards, establishing himself as a threat in the middle of the field. Gunnar Helm, another rookie, also shone, catching a pass from Brandon Allen for a 25-yard touchdown, totaling four receptions for 48 yards.

On the Falcons’ side, the competition for a spot in the receiving corps is fierce. David Sills V, Chris Blair, and Dylan Drummond had important moments. Blair scored a 52-yard touchdown thanks to a pass from Easton Stick. Drummond has accumulated 12 receptions in two preseason games.
Sills, one of Kirk Cousins’ favorite receivers in training, had two receptions in Friday’s first series and was then taken out of the game, which could indicate that he has a secured place on the team. Casey Washington did not play, which suggests that he also has a guaranteed position.
