Kyler Murray Returns to Action with the Cardinals

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray is on track to return to the field after the team’s bye week. His comeback is expected to be for the Monday Night Football game against the Dallas Cowboys on November 3, according to sources close to the team.

Murray is listed as questionable on the injury report for Week 7, but is expected to miss his second straight game this Sunday due to a foot injury. This gives Jacoby Brissett the opportunity to start against the Green Bay Packers.

Cardinals coach Jonathan Gannon was cautious on Friday when discussing Murray’s health and his availability for Sunday’s game.

In last week’s game against the Indianapolis Colts, Brissett completed 27 of 44 passes for 320 yards, with two touchdowns and one interception.

On the other hand, Packers running back Josh Jacobs is a “game-time decision” for Sunday’s game due to an illness and a calf injury.

If Jacobs can’t play, Emanuel Wilson is expected to be the starting running back.
