FRISCO, Texas – Dallas Cowboys defensive end Jadeveon Clowney revealed on Friday his intention to challenge his arrest last week in Rock Hill, South Carolina.Clowney was arrested on September 12th for trespassing and failing to identify himself, both considered misdemeanors, following a dispute in a parking lot with the police at his aunt’s apartment complex.According to the incident report, the police were preventing vehicles from parking in the complex due to an American football game being played nearby. The report indicates that Clowney did not try to leave, but continued “arguing, interrupting the reporting officer and showing a defiant attitude”.Clowney was taken to jail and claimed he was at the American football game during the second quarter.

It was a parking situation that just got out of hand. If you know anything about South Carolina, where I’m from, you know how fast that can get out of hand and that’s how it was.
