CeeDee Lamb Misses Game Against Bears Due to Injury

Dallas Cowboys star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears due to a left ankle injury. Lamb suffered the injury while attempting a run as a runner in the first quarter, when linebacker Noah Sewell fell on his legs, causing a sprain in his ankle. The player missed several plays after the injury. Although he returned for the second quarter, it was noted that Lamb was struggling and eventually left the field. Without Lamb, who had performances of more than 100 yards in the first two games, the Cowboys relied on Jalen Tolbert and KaVontae Turpin. George Pickens got his second touchdown reception in as many games. Lamb has only missed three games in his career, including the last two of last season due to a shoulder injury.
