Significant Losses in the Browns’ Offense
BEREA, Ohio – Cleveland Browns wide receivers Cedric Tillman and DeAndre Carter will be out for “weeks” due to injuries, according to coach Kevin Stefanski on Monday.
Tillman, who is a starter on the team, had to leave the game in the second quarter of the 34-10 loss to the Detroit Lions on Sunday and was subsequently ruled out. Carter, the team’s primary kick and punt returner, suffered his injury at the end of the last quarter while returning a kickoff.
In four games, Tillman leads the team with two touchdown receptions, in addition to 11 receptions for 106 yards.
Carter hasn’t played any offensive plays this season.
The Browns (1-3) will face the Minnesota Vikings (2-2) in London in Week 5.
