The wait for the 2026 Pro Football Hall of Fame has begun, and the semi-finalists are already defined. The Strongest Candidates

Drew Brees and Larry Fitzgerald are the main candidates this year. Brees, recognized for his impressive career, ranks second in history with 80,358 passing yards and 571 touchdowns. His arrival at the Saints in 2006 marked a before and after, leading the team to their first Super Bowl title. Fitzgerald, who played his entire career with the Cardinals, amassed 1,432 receptions and 17,492 yards, ranking second all-time. His impact on the game is undeniable, with nine seasons exceeding 1,000 receiving yards. Rivers, with over 63,000 passing yards, is another prominent contender. Witten and Gore are also notable figures, with impressive statistics throughout their careers. Kuechly, although he had a shorter career, left a significant mark, leading linebackers in tackles and other defensive aspects.
