Ziaire Williams Returns to the Nets with a Multi-Million Dollar Contract

Free agent forward Ziaire Williams has decided to sign a two-year, $12 million contract to continue his career with the Brooklyn Nets, according to sources close to the situation.

The second season of this agreement includes a team option, according to the same sources. Negotiations for this new contract were carried out by representatives of the Nets and Aaron Mintz of CAA.

Williams had a standout season, averaging 10 points and 4.6 rebounds in 63 games played, setting a personal record. This was his first season playing for the Nets.

Selected in the first round of the 2021 draft, Williams played his first three seasons with the Memphis Grizzlies. In his professional career, Williams averages 8.3 points and 3.2 rebounds per game.
