Jalen Suggs Ejected After Altercation in Magic vs. 76ers Game
In a tense encounter, Jalen Suggs, player for the Orlando Magic, was ejected from the game against the Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday night. The ejection occurred with 27 seconds left in the first half, after receiving two technical fouls.
The incident that triggered Suggs’ expulsion involved an altercation between both teams.
The confrontation began near the Magic’s free throw line, with Philadelphia’s Andre Drummond and Orlando’s Wendell Carter Jr. involved. Although there were no punches, the situation quickly escalated.
Suggs intervened, shoving Drummond. Philadelphia’s Jabari Walker stepped in, and Suggs turned his attention towards Walker, generating more pushing and shoving.
In addition to Suggs, Andre Drummond, Wendell Carter Jr., Jabari Walker, and Desmond Bane from Orlando also received technical fouls.
Despite Suggs’ ejection, the Magic managed to dominate the second quarter, outscoring Philadelphia by 26 points and taking an 86-60 lead at halftime.
