Landry Shamet returns to the Knicks on a one-year contract

Free agent guard Landry Shamet has agreed to a one-year contract that will keep him in the ranks of the New York Knicks. The news was confirmed by his agent, George S. Langberg, of GSL Sports Group.

This agreement will allow Shamet to continue his journey with the Knicks, marking his eighth season in the NBA.

In the previous season, Shamet played in 50 games with the Knicks, averaging 5.7 points and 1.2 rebounds.

The player began his NBA career with the Philadelphia 76ers, where he played between 2018 and 2019. Throughout his career, he has also defended the colors of the Brooklyn Nets, Washington Wizards, LA Clippers, and Phoenix Suns.
