Aaron Gordon, out due to injury for the Nuggets

The Denver Nuggets will be without Aaron Gordon for at least a month due to a new injury to his right hamstring, suffered last week in Milwaukee.

The team announced on Thursday, before the game against Brooklyn, that Gordon will be reevaluated in 4 to 6 weeks. This season, Gordon is averaging 17.7 points and 6.2 rebounds per game.

This is not the first time Gordon has missed games due to hamstring problems, as he was absent for 19 games at the beginning of the season due to a strain.

The Nuggets are also facing other important absences, including Nikola Jokic (left knee), Cameron Johnson (right knee), and Christian Braun (left ankle).

Gordon, 30 years old, was acquired by Denver in March 2021, coming from Orlando. He played a fundamental role in winning the NBA title in 2023.
