Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Chases Chamberlain Records
The current NBA MVP, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, is in pursuit of another of Chamberlain’s many scoring records in the NBA. The Oklahoma City Thunder guard scored 26 points in the 123-115 victory against the Portland Trail Blazers on November 30, marking his 93rd consecutive game with more than 20 points. It is the second-longest scoring streak of at least 20 points in NBA history, behind Chamberlain’s streak of 126 games (1961-63).Consecutive Scoring Streaks in NBA History
