The Denver Nuggets’ star point guard, Jamal Murray, has been listed as questionable for Monday’s game against Oklahoma City.
This news represents a relief for the Nuggets after the worrying injury suffered by Murray last Friday.
Murray left Friday’s game shortly before halftime, after stepping on the right foot of teammate Nikola Jokic. The player did not return to the game.
After the fall, Murray looked visibly pained, clutching his left ankle, and was helped off the court by his teammate Jonas Valanciunas.
After undergoing medical tests, Murray’s condition is being evaluated day by day.
In the current season, Murray, who was selected for the All-Star for the first time, averages 25.5 points, 7.2 assists, and 4.3 rebounds.
