INDIANAPOLIS – Donovan Mitchell, star of the Cleveland Cavaliers, is questionable to return for Game 4 this Sunday night due to a left ankle injury.

After coming out onto the court to warm up during halftime, Mitchell felt discomfort in his left ankle and stopped mid-shot attempt. He bent over at the waist before the team’s training staff came onto the court to examine him.

He returned to the locker room before the third quarter began and did not start the second half on the court with the team.

Mitchell scored 12 points on 3-of-11 shooting (1-of-5 from three-pointers) in 20 minutes during the first half. Indiana trailed at halftime 80-39.

Mitchell had recorded two consecutive 40-point games before Sunday, being the first Cavs player since LeBron James to achieve it in consecutive playoff games.
