Luka Doncic has shared that he has taken a “huge step” in improving his health and physical condition during the summer, stating that “his whole body looks better” after two months of training in Croatia. The Lakers player has followed a gluten-free, low-sugar diet, which includes intermittent fasting and high levels of protein, consuming at least 250 grams daily.Doncic, who has faced criticism about his weight and physical condition throughout his NBA career, had a 2024-25 season marked by injuries and the trade that took him to the Lakers.
