After an epic comeback in the first game, the Indiana Pacers are looking to get even closer to the 2025 NBA Finals.

The Pacers and the New York Knicks will face off in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Friday night at Madison Square Garden.

In Game 1 on Wednesday, New York led by nine points with 58.8 seconds remaining in the final quarter. Indiana responded with a bold comeback to force overtime and take the victory by 138-135.

This was the Pacers’ third victory this postseason after being down by at least seven points in the final minute. Indiana is also the first team since 1998 to win a playoff game after being down by more than nine points in the final minute of the fourth quarter or overtime. Before Wednesday, teams were 0-1,414 in this situation.

The remarkable victory marks another chapter in the playoff history between both franchises. Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton drew inspiration from that history by recreating Reggie Miller’s celebration after his 2-point shot forced overtime. The Indiana legend was present to witness the moment, as a TNT commentator.

Will the Knicks bounce back, or will the Pacers head home with a 2-0 lead? Stay with us for the highlights.
