Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo suffered a low-grade left groin strain and will be out for one to two weeks. Rivers explained that Antetokounmpo began to feel discomfort in his groin from the first quarter of Monday’s game, touching the area on several occasions before leaving the game. The player retired to the locker room with 3:03 left in the second quarter, limping after committing a foul. Antetokounmpo has had an outstanding start to the season, averaging 32.6 points with 63% shooting efficiency, 11.3 rebounds, and 7.1 assists in his first 12 games.
