Free agent center Bismack Biyombo has agreed to a one-year contract with the San Antonio Spurs, marking his return to the team.

The news was confirmed on Monday, following an agreement between the Spurs and Biyombo’s representatives at Wasserman. The contract ensures the player’s participation in his 15th season in the NBA.

In the previous season, Biyombo averaged 5.1 points and 5.6 rebounds in 28 games played.

Biyombo joined the Spurs in February and now rejoins as a substitute center, behind Victor Wembanyama and Luke Kornet.

Since being selected seventh overall in the 2011 NBA draft, Biyombo has played for seven NBA teams.

Throughout his career, Biyombo has averaged 5.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks in 19.5 minutes per game, participating in a total of 867 games, of which 377 were as a starter.
