Guerrero Jr., heir to an impressive legacy in baseball – his father, Vladimir Guerrero Sr., hit 449 home runs and is a Hall of Famer – has transformed his lineage into a narrative of superpower within the field. His performance in the 2024 season was a clear demonstration of this, with an OPS of .940, his best mark since his outstanding 2021 season.
As the Toronto Blue Jays, Guerrero Jr.’s team, prepare to host the San Diego Padres this week, the matchup will also bring together other Latin stars like Fernando Tatis Jr. and Manny Machado, promising a series full of excitement, in the style of an epic anime battle.
The “Heroes of the Game” campaign will continue to expand during the 2025 season, taking the essence of baseball beyond the playing field and celebrating the cultural roots of its protagonists.
