The Baseball Party Begins! Uepa Tickets Announces Ticket Sales for the Exhibition Games in Santo Domingo
Santo Domingo – Excitement is overflowing in the Dominican Republic. Uepa Tickets has announced that this Thursday, December 18th, the official ticket sales for the anticipated World Baseball Classic Santo Domingo Exhibition Games will open. This historic two-game series will pit the Dominican Republic National Team against the Detroit Tigers on March 3rd and 4th, 2026, at the emblematic Quisqueya Juan Marichal Stadium. It will be the first time that the Dominican team receives a Major League organization at home, an event that is part of the official prelude to the 2026 World Baseball Classic and that has generated great expectation among fans.This series came about thanks to the collaboration between Commissioner Robert D. Manfred, Jr., the general manager of the Dominican Selection, Nelson Cruz, and President Luis Abinader, who joined forces to bring an unprecedented event to the country. The games will also have a charitable component, as MLB and Uepa Tickets will make a donation to the Dominican Red Cross in memory of the victims of the April 8, 2025 tragedy, reaffirming the event’s commitment to the community.
