In seven full seasons with Atlanta, the point guard averaged 25.3 points, 9.8 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.0 steals per game. However, in the current season, he was limited by a knee injury and a quadriceps contusion, which affected his participation. Young’s greatest achievement with the Hawks was in the 2020-21 season, when the team reached the Eastern Conference Finals, falling to the Milwaukee Bucks.
