SANTO DOMINGO – The prestigious German brand RAYMON Bicycles has announced the opening of its regional logistics center in the Dominican Republic, marking a significant step in its expansion into the Latin American market. This new center will play a crucial role in the distribution of its products, coordinating logistical operations for all of Latin America.

German High-Quality Bicycles

RAYMON bicycles, designed in Germany, are the result of the collaboration of engineers, designers, and product specialists. Their range includes urban, sports, mountain, and electric models, all manufactured under strict German engineering and innovation standards. Currently, the brand is marketed through a network of approximately 1,000 specialized distributors in Europe and other international markets.

Strategic Logistics Hub in the Dominican Republic

From the Dominican Republic, the reception, storage, and distribution processes will be managed towards Latin American countries, establishing a regional platform that complies with the company’s global standards. The inauguration event of the logistics center and the official presentation of the showroom will take place on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the Raymon ProoMTB Showroom, located at 26 Eliseo Grullón Street, Los Prados sector, in Santo Domingo. This space has been designed to be the most complete bicycle showroom in the country, offering product display, specialized advice, and technical support. In the ceremony, the brand’s co-founders, Félix Puello and Susanne Puello, will be present, along with distributors and representatives from various Latin American countries. Hugo Puigdefábregas, Export Sales Manager LATAM & RoW at RAYMON Bicycles GmbH, has led the regional expansion process, consolidating the distributor network in the region.

Local Representation and Specialized Service

In the Dominican market, the brand will be distributed and marketed by ProoMTB, a company recognized in the national cycling sector. In addition, a specialized service and maintenance center will be established, considered the most complete in the country in its category. This infrastructure will allow us to offer technical support under international standards, ensuring after-sales support to both local clients and regional distributors.

The installation of the hub in the Dominican Republic represents a key strategic advantage for the sustained growth of the brand in Latin America, by combining international experience, direct support from its founders, and a high-level logistical and technical platform.
