RAYMON bicycles, recognized for their cutting-edge engineering, innovative design, and German precision, are developed in Germany by a multidisciplinary team of experts. Their catalog covers a wide range of models, including urban, sports, mountain, and electric options, all designed under the highest quality standards. Currently, the brand has a network of approximately 1,000 distributors specializing in Europe and other international markets.

Strategic Logistics Center for Latin America

The new logistics center in the Dominican Republic will manage the processes of reception, storage, and distribution to various countries in Latin America. This regional platform, aligned with the company’s global standards, will strengthen RAYMON’s presence in the region. The inauguration event of the logistics center and the official launch of the showroom will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the Raymon ProoMTB Showroom, located at 26 Eliseo Grullón Street, Los Prados sector, in Santo Domingo. This space is presented as the most complete bicycle showroom in the country, offering product exhibition, specialized advice, and comprehensive technical support. The ceremony will be attended by the brand’s co-founders, Félix Puello and Susanne Puello, along with distributors and representatives from various Latin American countries. Hugo Puigdefábregas, Export Sales Manager LATAM & RoW at RAYMON Bicycles GmbH, has led the regional expansion process, consolidating the distributor network in the region.

Local Representation and Specialized Service

In the Dominican market, the brand will be distributed and marketed by ProoMTB, a leading company in the national cycling sector. In addition, a specialized service and maintenance center will be put into operation, considered the most extensive in the country in its category. This infrastructure will allow us to offer top-level technical support, guaranteeing after-sales support to both local clients and regional distributors.

The installation of the hub in the Dominican Republic represents a key strategic advantage for the sustained growth of the brand in Latin America, by combining international experience, direct support from its founders, and a high-level logistical and technical platform.
