Carlos Hernández Schäfler, of Mexican origin, has extensive experience in the sports field. His studies and professional career have made him an expert in the field.

Currently, he is the founder and President of Promoción y Distribución Cinco, S.A. de C.V. (Prodisa), a company with 40 years of experience in sports equipment and infrastructure, with a presence in Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. Prodisa Dominicana, established in 2018, has developed significant sports projects in the country. The company also has subsidiaries in El Salvador, Peru, and Colombia, and has carried out works in Panama.
