MEXICO CITY. – Mexican driver Sergio “Checo” Pérez, Formula 1 world runner-up in 2023, has expressed his opinion on the possibilities of his former teammate Max Verstappen in the 2025 season.
Verstappen, title contender
Pérez, known for his outstanding career in motorsports, highlighted Verstappen’s consistency and talent as key factors in aspiring to the world championship. “Because of the consistency he has always shown, Max has very good chances of winning the championship; he is undoubtedly the driver who deserves it the most,” Pérez stated during the “From the Track to the Court” event, held in Mexico City.
