Nelson Cruz in La Vega: Successful Panel, Recognitions, and Visit from Arráez

La Vega – The Los Plus RD platform held a successful panel with the renowned Major League player, Nelson Cruz. The event, which attracted more than 200 young entrepreneurs, business people, and leaders from La Vega and its surroundings, became a space for inspiration and learning for the new generations. The meeting focused on Nelson Cruz’s outstanding career in professional baseball, as well as his experience as general manager of the Dominican team in the World Baseball Classic. Cruz shared valuable lessons on discipline, leadership, and personal growth with those in attendance.

Recognitions and Honors

During the event, Nelson Cruz was recognized for his impressive sports career, his leadership, and his significant contribution to the development of Dominican baseball. In addition, a tribute was paid to the businessman Yasser González, CEO of Clenear Studio, who was named a meritorious son of the province of La Vega, in recognition of his business vision and his commitment to the economic and social development of the region.

Special Guests and Celebrations

The event featured the special participation of the outstanding Venezuelan baseball player Luis Arraez, who shared with those present and expressed his satisfaction for visiting La Vega and being part of this initiative by Los Plus RD. During the day, outstanding young people and entities were also recognized for their contribution to sports, business, and culture. Among those honored were Many Mora, motocross champion; Jobel Coronado, enduro champion; Frank Brito, FIBA basketball leader; and the Morilla family, for their dedication to the family business. Likewise, the emblematic group of the Vegano Carnival Los Broncos was highlighted for its 45 years of experience as a symbol of identity and cultural tradition of the province.

These meetings aim to project La Vega as a national benchmark, attracting successful figures and highlighting the talent, culture, and leadership of the province.
