Los Prados Crushes El Millón in TBS District 2025
Santo Domingo – In a resounding offensive display, Los Prados club defeated El Millón with a score of 97-68 in the start of the triple-header of the second date of the TBS Distrito 2025 regular season.
The match, held at the Ricardo -Gioriver- Arias Volleyball Pavilion, of the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center, showed the superiority of Los Prados, led by Carlos Payano.
With this victory, Los Prados are tied with Bameso in the standings.Julio Phipps led Los Prados’ offense with 23 points. Daytone Jennings, the imported player, added 17 points and 7 rebounds. William Cruz shone with a triple-double, scoring 16 points, grabbing 10 rebounds, and dishing out 10 assists.
Kelvin Ramírez scored 11 points and Carlos Pérez contributed 10, ensuring that five players from Los Prados reached double figures in scoring.

In the first game, Bameso showed its strength by defeating Mauricio Báez with a score of 102-92 at the Prudential Center Arena in Newark, New Jersey.
The TBS Distrito 2025 is organized by the National District Basketball Association (Abadina), chaired by Colonel (PN) Diego Pesqueira, and the Organizing Committee led by José Ignacio Paliza, Minister of the Presidency.
This year’s tournament is dedicated to Evaristo Pérez, Dominican Sports Immortal.
