Santo Domingo – The Dominican Baseball League (LIDOM) has published the official list of players who will acquire the status of free agents during the offseason of Dominican winter baseball. Although not specified in the statement, the players included in the list will become free agents as of February 15. However, their original teams will have exclusive rights to negotiate and offer them contracts until March 15. As of March 16, the other franchises may begin conversations and sign those who have not been retained.
