Licey Reacts with Force and Defeats the Toros del Este
SANTO DOMINGO – The Tigres del Licey unleashed their offensive power in the seventh inning, driven by key singles from Luis Campusano and Mel Rojas Jr., securing a 6-3 victory over the Toros del Este this Monday at the Quisqueya Juan Marichal Stadium, in the continuation of the 2025-26 Winter Baseball Tournament.

Misael Tamárez (2-0) was awarded the victory after a solid relief appearance of one inning, allowing no runs. Kelvin Cáceres (0-1) took the loss, while Jean Carlos Mejía pitched the ninth inning to secure the save.
