Licey Tigers Announce Pitching Rotation for Upcoming Games
Santo Domingo – The Tigres del Licey have revealed their pitching rotation for the next three games of the 2025-26 autumn-winter baseball championship. The responsibility will fall on right-handers Radhamés Liz, Albert Abreu, and Shaun Anderson.
Radhamés Liz (0-1, 1.29) will take the mound this Monday, when the Tigres receive the Toros del Este at the Quisqueya Juan Marichal Stadium at 7:30 p.m. This will be Liz’s third start of the season, where he has held his opponents to a batting average of only .130.
On Tuesday, Albert Abreu (0.00 ERA) will be the starting pitcher in the game against the Águilas Cibaeñas at Estadio Cibao. Abreu, known for his dominance, will make his sixth start of the season, leading the team in innings pitched (24.1) and strikeouts (17).
Shaun Anderson will make his debut with Licey on Wednesday, when the team visits the Gigantes del Cibao in San Francisco de Macorís at 7:00 p.m. Anderson already has experience in the Dominican League, having pitched 14 innings with an ERA of 3.21, a WHIP of 1.14, one walk and 17 strikeouts with the Estrellas Orientales in the 2022-23 season.
