SANTO DOMINGO.– The Leones del Escogido have confirmed the incorporation of right-handed pitcher José Urquidy for the postseason phase of the Dominican professional baseball tournament. The Scarlet team’s Baseball Operations management made the news official, adding a luxury reinforcement for the crucial Round Robin.

Urquidy’s Experience and Numbers

Urquidy, aged 30, arrives with a solid resume of six seasons in the Major Leagues, where he pitched between 2019 and 2025.
