The New York Knicks suffered a defeat against the Minnesota Timberwolves, despite the outstanding performance of Karl-Anthony Towns. Anthony Edwards led the Timberwolves’ attack with 38 points, securing the victory with a final score of 115-104. Towns, who returned to his old home, shone with 40 points and 13 rebounds, but his effort was not enough to change the result at the Target Center in Minneapolis.

We are happy to see ourselves grow as a team and we want to continue in this vein. I try to take the responsibility that corresponds to me.

Minnesota secured the victory thanks to an offensive explosion by Julius Randle, who scored 15 consecutive points in the last quarter, making the difference in the game.

This was his third game with at least 30 points in his young NBA career. A missed shot by Peyton Watson almost gave Denver the victory, but the ball didn’t go in.

We played as a true team throughout the entire game. It’s not easy to stop Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic, but we kept our confidence.
