Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods Announce Their Engagement on Christmas
The Dominican center of the New York Knicks, Karl-Anthony Towns, has announced his marriage engagement with his partner, Jordyn Woods, during the Christmas celebrations.
The news, shared through social media, generated a wave of congratulations and good wishes from family, friends, teammates, and followers.
The joint Instagram post by Towns and Woods, accompanied by the message “Marry Christmas”, was the official announcement of their engagement.

The couple, who have been in a relationship since 2020, has openly shared important moments of their lives. A particularly emotional gesture was the restoration of a black 90s Isuzu Trooper, which belonged to Towns’ mother, Jacqueline Cruz-Towns, as a surprise birthday gift.
Woods recounted that the idea came about after Towns expressed his desire to drive the vehicle his mother used. After several months of work, he managed to surprise him.
In addition to the personal announcement, Towns also celebrated a sporting triumph on Christmas. The Knicks defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 126-124.
The match, played at Madison Square Garden, was led by Jalen Brunson, who scored 34 points, after a 17-point comeback in the last quarter.
