ATLANTA, U.S.A. – Dominican José Ramírez continues to consolidate his stellar career with the Cleveland Guardians, setting an unprecedented milestone in the history of the franchise.

Ramírez became the first Guardians player to hit at least one home run against each of the remaining 29 Major League teams.

This achievement materialized on Saturday during the game against the Atlanta Braves.

In the first inning, Ramírez hit a solo home run against pitcher Martín Pérez.

The hit, which traveled 408 feet to left field, had an exit velocity of 108.1 miles per hour.

This was the second home run of the season for the third baseman and the number 287 of his career.

Ramírez is close to achieving a significant milestone, as he could join the select group of players with 300 home runs and 300 stolen bases, having 289 steals before the game starts.

This new feat is added to a standout week for the Dominican, who recently became the player with the most games played in the history of the Cleveland franchise.

With his consistent performance, Ramírez solidifies himself as a key figure in Major League Baseball, continuing his legacy in his team’s history.
