Dominican third baseman José Ramírez has sealed his long-term commitment with the Cleveland Guardians, after signing a contract extension that will keep him with the franchise until the 2032 season. The agreement, for seven years and 175 million dollars, represents a significant bet on the continuity of the key player in the team. The contract establishes an annual salary of 25 million dollars. This new extension renegotiates the contract signed in April 2022, which contemplated five years and 124 million dollars.
