Santo Domingo. The National Institute of Physical Education (INEFI) has begun the payment process for the staff who collaborated in the XI National School Sports Games San Francisco 2025. This staff includes technicians, press professionals, and cleaning staff, who provided their services at the main venue in San Francisco de Macorís and at the sub-venues of La Vega, Salcedo, and Nagua. The institution reported that these payments are being made after completing the required administrative procedures, in compliance with public management regulations.
Alberto Rodríguez, executive director of INEFI, highlighted that the entity has acted with responsibility, transparency, and in accordance with the law in each phase following the School Games. Due to the scale of the event, it was essential to hire specialized technicians, operational support staff, communications equipment, and cleaning crews. These were crucial to the success of the most relevant school sports competition in the country. Rodríguez also indicated that the institution continues working to strengthen school sports, and highlighted the positive impact of the 2025 School Games for thousands of students and teachers throughout the national territory.INEFI is honoring its commitments to all personnel hired for the School Games. We are executing payments within the reasonable time frame set by the State’s administrative processes, always guaranteeing the correct and responsible use of public resources.
