Gigantes del Cibao: Pitching Rotation Defined for Next 4 Games

San Francisco de Macorís – The Gigantes del Cibao have revealed their starting pitcher rotation for the next four games, according to manager José Leger. This decision is part of the coaching staff’s strategy to maintain the team’s good performance.

The first matchup of this rotation will be on Tuesday the 9th, with Daniel Mengden, right-handed pitcher, as the starter against the Águilas Cibaeñas at the Cibao Stadium in Santiago. The game is scheduled for 7:30 PM.

On Wednesday the 10th, the left-handed Alberto Pacheco will take the responsibility of pitching against the Tigres del Licey at the Quisqueya Juan Marichal Stadium in Santo Domingo, also at 7:30 at night.

For Thursday the 11th, again against the Tigres del Licey in Santo Domingo, left-hander Steven Moyers will take the mound, maintaining the 7:30 PM schedule.

Finally, on Friday the 12th, the experienced right-handed pitcher Shane Greene will be the starter at the Julián Javier Stadium in San Francisco de Macorís against the Toros del Este, with the game starting at 7:00 PM.

The Gigantes del Cibao arrive at this stage of the championship in an excellent moment, after achieving victory in their last four games, which currently places them in third place in the standings.
