Gigantes del Cibao Confirm Jefry Sierra as Manager
SAN FRANCISCO DE MACORÍS – The Gigantes del Cibao have announced the ratification of Jefry Sierra as the team’s manager for the remainder of the season. Sierra took over the position on an interim basis recently. The announcement was made by Alfredo Acebal Rizek, operations president of the franchise, who expressed the organization’s confidence in Sierra’s work, leadership, and ability.In addition to Sierra’s confirmation, the organization ratified Kremlin Martínez as bench coach, ensuring the continuity of the coaching staff during the All-Against-All stage. Currently, the Gigantes del Cibao have a record of 0-4 in the semifinal phase. This Thursday, the team visits the Águilas Cibaeñas at the Cibao stadium in Santiago, in their second match in this stage of the tournament. The Giants’ management reiterated its commitment to work together to change the current situation and compete with the necessary intensity for the remainder of the season.“Jefry has our full support and the necessary confidence to continue performing his work in the best way.
