La Romana. The Leones del Escogido extended their dominance in the Final Series by defeating the Toros del Este with a score of 7-4 at the Francisco A. Micheli Stadium. With this victory, the Lions take a 2-0 lead in the fight for the championship. The Lions’ offensive was led by Yamaico Navarro and Junior Lake, who were decisive in the outcome of the game.
