Los Toros del Este, upon having the first overall pick, have the responsibility to start the draft. Although Jesús Made seems to be the most likely choice, Felnin Celesten’s proximity to La Romana and his connection with the organization could change the course. The Gigantes del Cibao, with the second pick, could focus on Rainel Rodríguez, considered the best catcher in the class. The Leones del Escogido, with the third pick, could look for an immediate impact hitter, while the Tigres del Licey, Águilas Cibaeñas and Estrellas Orientales will seek to cover strategic needs. The live broadcast will be available via Digital 15 and LIDOM TV on YouTube. This draft will serve as a preamble to the start of the 2025-2026 Winter Baseball Championship, which will begin on October 15th and will be dedicated to the Hall of Fame Juan Marichal.
