The Dominican Republic’s national team, ready for the 2026 World Baseball Classic, held its first official practice in Miami this Sunday, marking the beginning of the final preparation phase for the international tournament. The training session was supervised by Juan Núñez, president of the Dominican Baseball Federation, along with general manager Nelson Cruz and manager Albert Pujols. The coaching staff was also present, overseeing the work in an atmosphere of concentration and enthusiasm. In the field, the Dominican stars of Major League Baseball coincided for the first time, wearing the tricolor jersey.
