Dominican Republic Unveils its All-Star Roster for the 2026 World Baseball Classic

Santo Domingo – The Dominican baseball team has announced the official roster that will represent the country in the upcoming 2026 World Baseball Classic. The team, packed with Major League stars and with remarkable depth in all positions, promises to make a splash. The starting lineup presented is impressive, with renowned figures in each position.

The bench also has high-quality players such as Oneil Cruz, Jeremy Peña, Agustín Ramírez, Johan Rojas, Amed Rosario and Carlos Santana, with Austin Wells as the starting catcher.

This 30-player roster was officially sent to Major League Baseball (MLB) by the management of the Dominican selection for the tournament. The team was formed thanks to the joint work led by general manager Nelson Cruz, with the support of the president of the Dominican Baseball Federation, Juan Núñez, and an advisory staff made up of Hall of Fame figures.

The official announcement of the rosters was scheduled by the event organization for the day after the delivery.
