Jasson Domínguez Shines with “Walk-Off” Home Run for the Yankees
Wednesday in the Major Leagues was marked by Latino power, and Dominican Jasson Domínguez was the central figure of the day. With a home run in the ninth inning, Domínguez secured the victory for the New York Yankees.
At 22 years old, Domínguez hit the most crucial hit of his young career, sending the ball to the stands of Yankee Stadium and walking off the Texas Rangers. This was his first “walk-off” home run in the Major Leagues.
Cody Bellinger also contributed a home run for the Yankees, while Jake Burger stood out for the Rangers with two home runs.

Red Sox 1-5 Mets: In Boston, Francisco Lindor hit a home run and Brett Baty drove in three runs for the Mets’ victory. Juan Soto drove in a run, and Huáscar Brazoban (3-0) took the win from the mound with 2.1 innings and four strikeouts. Jarren Duran drove in Boston’s only run.
