DIGECAC and ABEPROSADO Unite to Improve Baseball Stadiums
Santo Domingo, R.D. – The General Directorate of Road and Avenue Beautification (DIGECAC), under the direction of Dr. Rodolfo A. Valera Grullo, and the Baseball Association of Santo Domingo Province (ABEPROSADO), chaired by Cristian Bolívar Pimentel Pérez, have formalized a strategic alliance. The inter-institutional agreement’s main objective is the comprehensive conditioning of baseball stadiums and their green areas in the municipalities and municipal districts of Santo Domingo province. The signing ceremony took place on Tuesday, December 17, at the DIGECAC facilities. This agreement represents a significant step towards strengthening sports and improving the public environment.Under the agreement, the leagues affiliated with ABEPROSADO will contribute with the supply of fuel and hydration for the technical staff. For its part, DIGECAC will provide the tools, machinery, and specialized operators necessary to carry out the cleaning, maintenance, and beautification work of the sports facilities. The interventions will be carried out in stages, following a schedule previously agreed upon between both institutions. This initiative will positively impact the lives of thousands of children and young people who play baseball in the province. With this collaboration, DIGECAC and ABEPROSADO reaffirm their commitment to the promotion of sports, healthy recreation, and the constant improvement of community spaces.The agreement seeks to benefit thousands of children and young people who play baseball in the province of Santo Domingo.
