Anthony Joshua Suffers Traffic Accident in Nigeria
The renowned British boxer Anthony Joshua was involved in a car accident on the Lagos–Ibadan expressway, near Sagamu, his family’s hometown, according to official sources.
The first reports from the Nigerian police indicate that the former world champion’s vehicle collided with a parked truck. The incident occurred after a tire on the car burst, causing Joshua to lose control.
Unfortunately, as a result of the impact, two people lost their lives at the scene of the accident. For his part, Anthony Joshua only suffered minor injuries.
The boxer was immediately transferred to a nearby medical center, where he received care and is reported to be in stable condition.
