Santo Domingo – Los Gigantes Basketball Club demonstrated their power on the court by decisively defeating the Leones de Santo Domingo with a final score of 108-89, in an exciting Super Liga LNB match held at the Club San Carlos.
The duo of Luismal Ferreiras and Charles Brown Jr. was the key to the triumph, combining to score 58 crucial points for the team’s victory.
Ferreiras stood out with an impressive double-double, scoring 30 points and grabbing 12 rebounds. His performance included two steals and two blocks, demonstrating his versatility on the court.
Brown Jr. also had a stellar performance, contributing 28 points, nine rebounds, and four assists, being fundamental in the Giants’ offense.
The Giants’ dominance became evident from the first quarter, where they achieved a 31-24 lead, thanks to the outstanding performance of Brown Jr. and the offensive contribution of Francis King Fitzgerald, who added 17 points.
Jeancarlo Iciano also contributed 12 important points.
