Ansu Fati extends his contract with Barcelona and goes on loan to Monaco
Forward Ansu Fati has formalized his renewal with Barcelona, extending his contract until June 30, 2028. Simultaneously, his loan to Monaco for next season has been confirmed, a club that will have a purchase option on the player, as reported by both clubs this Tuesday.
The Spanish international, who took the number ten shirt at Barça, previously associated with Leo Messi in the summer of 2021, burst onto the football scene setting precocity records. His debut with the first team in the 2019-20 season anticipated a promising career, however, injuries have affected his development.
