Las Águilas Cibaeñas, with the objective of strengthening their pitching staff for the upcoming season of the Dominican Republic Professional Baseball League (LIDOM), have announced the incorporation of three new talents: Rafael Dolis, Yoelvin Silven, and Kenyi Pérez. Rafael Dolis, right-handed pitcher, joins the team as a key veteran piece. His career in Major Leagues and in the Japanese league (NPB) profiles him as a candidate for closing roles. In LIDOM, Dolis has a 7-5 record and an ERA of 2.68 in seven seasons. In 2025, with the Hanshin Tigers, he recorded a solid ERA of 1.93 and 16 strikeouts in 18.2 innings. Yoelvin Silven arrives after an outstanding participation in the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP) with the Caribes de Anzoátegui. He is a reliever with the ability to work for a long time and good control, with 24 strikeouts in 20.2 innings during 2025. Kenyi Pérez represents a bet on the future. The Chicago Cubs prospect (Class A+) comes from an outstanding season with South Bend, where he recorded an impressive rate of 12.5 strikeouts per nine innings (55 in 39.2 innings).
